Logitech Harmony 1100 Universal Remote Control

I need a way to control my electric screen, projector, HTPC, and surround sound reciever with one remote. I would really like a Logitech Harmony remote, but dont know how to control my PC with it. Controlling Microsoft Media Center (Vista) is very important. Please help!
